Luna Sleep Aid Facts

Luna Sleep Aid Facts

April 17, 2019 By Team Phactual

When it comes to sleep supplements, many websites claim that Luna Sleep Aid is among the best out there. Though this isn’t always the case, sites like Fnen.org don’t even rank the Nested Naturals sleep aid above a 7/10 in their review.

So, what’s the story with this supplement? Is it really as good as they say? And what do you need to know about it?

In this short article, we’ll be giving you the facts about this supplement along with areas where you can learn more about it.

Here we go:

Fact #1: Luna Sleep Aid Contains Melatonin

This is one of the big ones. Melatonin is your body’s natural sleeping hormone. By increasing your overall amount of it, you can improve how well you sleep, how fast you get to sleep and also how long you sleep.

You can find more out about Melatonin here.

Fact #2: It comes from Canada

Despite being sold to mostly an American audience, Nested Naturals, the makers of Luna Sleep Aid are based in Vancouver, Canada.

Not only that, they are strict on the quality of their products. Luna Sleep Aid is Non-GMO, as well as being Gluten and Soy Free. It’s also vegan.

Fact #3: It’s “risk free”!

One of the things Nested Naturals pride themselves on is how effective their supplement is. They care about it so much that they’ll even offer you a refund if you don’t enjoy your experience – making it risk free!

Nested Naturals go on record saying:

“Get to sleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed – or get your money back! Simply call or email us!”

Which is a hell of an offer. Try it, and if you don’t see the results you’re looking for you can get a full refund.

Fact #4: Not everyone’s thrilled with it.

Haters gonna hate, and you’re always going to have your critics. Although there are many positive reviews for Luna Sleep Aid, some people really don’t like it at all.

Just check out this review:

In case you can’t read that, or are on mobile, here it is in full:

This absolutely does not work for me. Now that I more carefully really read the label (my bad, the info was there the whole time), each pill only contains half of the amount listed on the label since a serving is 2 pills. So each pill contains 75mg Valerian root. A whopping 7 of these pills would equal 1 NOW 500mg Valerian root capsule. I find the NOW capsules far more effective and 250 capsules is only ~$10.

Other ingredients:

GABA – ~250mg is recommended for sleep, so you would need 5 of these.
L Theanine – 400mg is recommended for sleep, so you would need 4 of these
The small dose of melatonin in these is good, but melatonin can be purchased for far cheaper in other products.
Other ingredients on the label are also tiny compared to doses needed to make a difference.

Perhaps it will work if you are sensitive to these ingredients?

– EricB from Amazon, final rating: 1 star out of 5.

Harsh but fair, Eric.

Fact #5: It’s available all over the place

We’ve seen Nested Naturals advertise Luna Sleep Aid in numerous places. It’s mainly available on Amazon, but there are numerous other vendors who sell it too.

We’ve seen it on the Nested Naturals website, Amazon, Target’s website and more. It is readily available.

Fact #6: There’s a Melatonin-Free Version

If you’re not fully onboard with supplementing Melatonin but still want to try Luna, you can! Nested Naturals offer a melatonin-free version of the supplement which still contains the original ingredients.

This allows you to take the supplement without the melatonin, or use your preferred level of melatonin alongside this supplement.

Luna Sleep Aid Summary

We hope this article helped you to learn a little more about this supplement from the gang over at Nested Naturals. If you want more information, we suggest checking out the review over on Fnen.org (here), it gives you all the information you’ll need.

Happy sleeping!
